I am not familier with this card, however you can expect a beter quality
picture from your signal source than you would get on your normal tv,
or at least my bt878 compatable acrd give me a beter picture than my old TV
set.

Most BT878 cards have a sound out socket, just connect that with your
soundcards IN socket.
I prefer kwintv, so i cant comment more on sound, however IF your card has
a FM radio tuner you will need a sperate program such as Kradio Cradio to
get the radio side to work.
