I just got a va linux box (talk about a cool machine)!!! Anyway, I want
to use it as a file server, however, the partition sizes are not exactally
what I need. I am going to be sharing the /var/spool/mail files and I
need a bit more room to hold all of these files. Below is a df of the
system. Each disk (d0 and d1) are partitioned out completley. It would
appear that I should swap var -> home. However, I think I have a better
idea.

as I have nothing on /home that I need, would it be wise to repartition
c0d1 into c0d1p1 -> /home and a c0d1p2 -> /var/spool/mail?  Can I do this?
Mount /var and then mount another device as /var/spool/mail? Also, after
repartitioning and copying the files back, would I need to do anything
else other than updating the /etc/fstab and /etc/mtab files?

Any input would be great!!!
