u can do like so on the rtrs

rtr 1
-------------------------------------------------------
183.90.0.1 network interface (to the world)
255.255.0.0 network mask

183.90.0.2 network interface (to the 32k hosts network)
255.255.128.0 network mask
183.90.0-127.1-254  (host range)

183.90.128.1 network interface (to the 16k and (indirectly to) the two 8k host 
networks)
255.255.128.0 network mask
183.90.128-192.1-254  (host range) (the rest are split off into the two 8k networks)


rtr 2 (on the 183.90.128.x network)
-------------------------------------------------------
183.90.128.2 network interface (to the 16k host network)
255.255.128.0 network mask

183.90.193.1 network interface to 8k network #1)
255.255.192.0 network mask
183.90.193-224.1-254 (host range)

183.90.225.1 network interface to 8k network #2)
255.255.192.0 network mask
183.90.225-255.1-254 (host range)

i think that should work. oh - use ripv2 or ospf.
