I'me running Slackware 7.0 and my fstab looks like this:
/dev/sda /zip auto noauto,user 0 0
Parallel port zips are usually /dev/sda(at least mine has been). Perhaps the
device is incorrect and shouldn't be hdd4. The auto allows mounting of
different filesystems.
