Sorry if the answer to this is obvious and I can't find it anywhere.

I have setup Apache on my Linux machine that connects to the net via
modem (only have dynamic IP at present) and it serves web pages fine.
However I want to set up the web server on my second linux machine,
the one that doesn't make the net connection but is connected via net
card to the dialup machine.

How can I set up the system to let people access the web server
machine when all I can give them is the dynamic IP of the dialup
machine? Is this a situation where I will have to set up DNS and/with
bind? At present I am just using a /etc/resolv.conf and a /etc/hosts
file for my internal C class network.

My dialup machine is 192.168.0.1
my webserver will be 192.168.0.2
