You're joking, right? That means effectively "only allow HTML2.0, and be
careful with tables, too"?
BTW: My netscape is also Unix/Motif and it does not slow down --- it is
not responsive while rendering that kind of stuff, but it does not slow
down. But than you can also tell him to not subscribe to large volume
mailing lists, because movemail'ing 1.6M of mails with various filtering
rules appiled will stall your netscape GUI for a dozen or more seconds.
