It depends. Any distribution will set up root, and some will prompt you
during the install process to create at least one normal user account.
Occasionally, a distribution will create some account other than root
automatically, though that's rare (I'm tempted to say unheard of) in an
up-to-date Linux.
Or do ro mean a default *structure* for a user? it still depends on your
distribution. See (for example0 if you have an etc/skel directory ... it's
one way to set up default stuff. There are others too.
