I have anon ftp up and running, and I would like to have an incoming dir where people can deposit stuff (have write access as anonymous), yet I don't wan them to have write access to ant other part of the ftp tree. The can read whatever I stick in pub, but not write to it. This is my ftp tree ~/pub/incoming It appears that /etc/ftpaccess is the file that controls this, but I'm not sure what to add change to specify write access to the incoming dir only. I can see how to allow anon write access to all of the dirs under /home/ftp, but not specify just /home/ftp/pub/incoming, and leave the rest read only. Right now I have anon read only access to all dir under /home/ftp. Thanks -- R.
