I've not looked at the software, so I'm guessing here.  However, you
almost definately need to insert a kernel module.  There will probably be
a file called somthing.o - find it, and run insmod on it.  If this is the
case, you'll need to do that every time you boot, so you'll need to hadd
it to rc.sysinit.
