Hi All, I have apache set up to serve localhost. I have a web-site for one of the users on my machine ~/xxxx/ His home directory is /home/xxxx/public_html When i access a page ~/xxxx/xx_xxxx.html I get a 103 access denied even though the public_html is 777, and the file is 777 ( i was desperate!) does ~/xxxx/ have to have special permission. The page concerned is a form out-putting to a perl script, which i have copied into my cgi-bin directory. In the perl script I have the file reffered to as http://127.0.0.1/cgi-bin/XXX.cgi Any ideas why this is happening. Thanks, Barry. - To unsubscribe from this list: send the line "unsubscribe linux-newbie" in the body of a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Please read the FAQ at http://www.linux-learn.org/faqs
