It's same, nothing difference.
shutdown command call init:0, init 0 will do script of init:0, that
symlink to halt script..
the end of halt script call "halt -p" that should do power off, but
can't power off, the computer stop responding, just ctrl-alt-del to
reboot..!!
This is don't 'small' again but BIGGGGGG Problem..
