Ok I'm sure this is a pretty easy question. I basically have got my
printer setup on my Mandrake
I can print and all without a problem but to do so I have to load the
following when I boot up manually
insmod parport
insmod lp
and start lpd
I tried to insert the first two lines into /etc/rc.d/rc.local and the
system wouldnot booot at all
Than i tried to put it into rc.sysinit and the system would halt when
booting after analizing modules dependencies, but I was able to keep
booting up after pressing ctr-c
anyhow can someone tell me where to put these arguments so that the
modules load automatically at boot
