How does one use the update sites? For instance, I am running bind on a
server. I downloaded the source code and build it on my machine. I have
the latest version bind-8.2.2-P5. On the update sites (including
RedHat's), there is a bind rpm: bind-8.2.2_P3-1.src.rpm. This is an older
version.

So, my question is, should I use the 'update' or is the latest version the
most secure? I am confused!

thanks
David
