I dont think there is a problem at all, the kernel uses memory as well so
that memory will be deducted from your total memory.
What does ;
cat proc/meminfo say. ???
An example.
pa3gcu has 64M
'free' shows a total of 63092bytes
while /proc/meminfo shows a total of;
64606208bytes
Which i consider to be correct.
