Hi, on a ps aux, I get 10 listings reading:(with increasing PIDs) root 761 0.0 0.5 1376 640 ? S May03 0:00 in.identd -e -o and one that reads nobody 760 0.0 0.5 1376 640 ? S May03 0:00 in.identd -e -o Why is this so? Why are there so many TCP identd protocol servers running? And why are they listed under root? If I kill them all, they seem to re-appear after a while. And why 'nobody' a owner?
