Hi,

I am in the process of writing a simulation. Each day I decide to change
the simulation's code. Upto now I still can remember what I changed and
can revert to an older version if needed. But I realise that I cannot go
on this way, and I need a tool to maitain different code versions with
source/notes about that particular version etc. Changing the name of
source file(s) by appending a timestamp is tiresome.

I am certain that something to achieve this exists, can someone guide me
to the relevant utility. It would be best for me if something simple
(hopefully) exists.

Thanks in advance,

-Karthik.
