I'm not familiar with the specific services you are referring to, but
Masquerading causes problems for any number of services. Look in your
modules directory (in ipv4, I think) on the firewall/router and see all the
ip_masq_*.o modules that are there; each fixes a specific problem with a
specific service (ip_masq_raudio.o is the one for Real Audio). Use lsmod to
see which ones the firewall/router actually has loaded.
Depending on the service specifics, you may need a particular module. You
may need to set up some specific port forwarding rules. Or you may be out of
luck until somebody writes the needed module.
