Simply mount the windows partition.

mount -tvfat /dev/hdaX /mnt

Other -t options
msdos
fat

substitute /dev/hdaX for your dos partition number.

After mounting cd /mnt
ls -al
Should show the files.

You can simplifie the mount command by putting a line in /etc/fstab

/dev/hda1 /dosc msdos noauto 1 1

Subsitute msdos for whichever filesystem is nessacary, for windows thats
possably vfat.

With the above example one coud do.

mount /dosc
You must create /dosc beforehand of course.
