\'s in my e-mails

I just got my mail that I sent to the list, and its got a lot of / 's where I 
didn't put them..
I assume its got somthing to do with the TWIG web based mail client I'm 
using.. any idea on how I can stop this?.. Maybe I should just talk to my ISP 
and ask him :-/
