Then quite possably there is something wrong in ./netscape/preferances.js
or you have URL's or inet addresses defined in there that are being looked
up upon starting netscape. Quite possably a simalar problem to the one
being asked by,  [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Dr.-Ing. Edgar Alwers)
maybe he could check that file as well.

Start netscape up, edit preferances and tell it to start with a blank page,
that might help.
