Well fiorst advise would be, dont send and accept mail as root, do that as
a user, much safer.
You can go to sites like tucows.com, click on distributions, read the page
and you should see;
We also provide ISO images (iso9660 format) of the following distributions:
Under that choose debian,
read again and decide what you want.
I don not have debian here so i cant say which image you need.
You can try the followig URL without having to read all the other pages.

You can get xcdroast from;
http://www.fh-muenchen.de/rz/xcdroast
That includes all you need to make ones own cdroms, thats what i use.
