Yes you do, you can check headers just as easily as I can.

Perhaps the term "broken" was a little harsh. What I was suggesting
was that any decent MUA could be configured to reply to the list
address without you having to re-arrange the headers. Two examples of
MUA's that can do this are Gnus & Mutt.

Which is exactly why I included suggestions and examples of how to
combat this behaviour.
Now, this subject has been beaten about a couple of times on this list
so if anyone would like to argue further or would like some help in
setting things up so you don't make or see the duplicates, feel free
