This mail is almost impossable to read, please turn of the HTML (rubbish),
meant in a nice sence.
If you dont have one starting httpd is as easy as typing it.
However if you want a copy of mine then your welcome.
Have you tryed;
'whereis apachetctl'
??
Now if there was anything else here in this mail that was important, then
you will have to ask again, i do not have the time to dig thro' all the
HTML xxxxx
