The "0" zero before $IMG_SIZE looks fishy to me.

Yes beause after the IMG_SIZE is checked to make sure its grater then zero
mkisofs is called, but i think the error is the zero before $IMG, if that
filas then the && will not execute mkiofs.

On another note have you tryed the GUI inteerface "xcdroast" it uses the
same utilitys you mention but has a wonderfull click and go interface, o
dam, i never thought i would say that, click and go.!
