In the above URL it states that;
"For easy CDburning"
Use the graphical interface called xcdroast, it also gives its URL.
Now i suggest you download and try it. I did and it helped me.
The URL you stated has many conflicting items in it, and in my opinion
could be as misleading to a newbie as helpfull.
