TimeBrowse v0.2 is released!

This time "copy to desktopy" is implemented in nautilus property page.
So it comes to a little useful utility now!
Changes are following.

* change default configuration file to nilfs_ss.conf (Ryusuke Konishi)
* handle error during loading conffile (Ryusuke Konishi)
* stop creating snapshot during shutdown (Ryusuke Konishi)
* retry unmount for busy mount points (Ryusuke Konishi)
* mount existing snapshots on startup
