Resending patches after fixing comments by Tony
This patch allows the MMC1 support on OMAP2 EVM board with
TPS6235x based PR785 boards. Files mmc-pr785.* contain the
drivers. Card detect interrupt level issue has been fixed.
The common part of the code between TWL and PR785 has been
moved to a new file hsmmc.c. The header files mmc-pr785.h and
mmc-twl4030.h have been deleted.
