Russell mentioned sometime back:

So I suppose dma_alloc_coherent for > 1page size(4096) is bad? If so hmm.. I am
guessing audio driver and others do use dma_alloc_coherent.. I tried my dummy
driver on omapzoom master and it seemd to work fine there for 10K iterations
:(.. should'nt the same fragmentation hit there too?

Any clues?
