The series mainly does below:
OMAP4 only
- Update MPU VOltage rail values for all OPPs
- Enable OPP-Nitro and OPP-Turbo for all boards
OMAP2PLUS
-Replace hardcoded Voltage values in OPP Table
with Voltage Macros.
