Bit 9 in the DISPC_CONFIG register is as FUNCGATED for the OMAP3. From a quick 
glance at the OMAP36xx and OMAP4430 public TRMs, that's the only DISPC_CONFIG 
bit that has been changed between OMAP3 and OMAP4.
