please find attached the updated pricing sheet, containing DWDM and TNMS parts.
Below are the notes related to the adjustments (in comparison to the previous
pricing sheet):

1) DWDM
a. A1 - the scope (2012/13) remained the same as previous
b. Mtel - the scope for (2012) reduced, according to updated info
and budget plans (i.e. cuts) from Mtel
c. SiMobil - the scope (2012/13) remained the same as previous
(but different distribution over 2012 and 2013)
d. VIP Mobile - the scope (2012) removed completely (acc. to the
latest info that DWDM will be given to Alu for compensation of 2G)
e. VIPNet and VIPOperator - same as before, i.e. DWDM not foreseen
for 2012
2) TNMS
a. I included the NE Connection licences (in accordance to the
planned DWDM scope)
b. Upgrade to V13 - I configured the upgrade to V13 (it might be
necessary, not only because of Belarus network, but also new maintenance
releases of existing installed base). I put this upgrade as optional.
@Aron, please check the config for upgrade and adjust if necessary (I created
the minimum config acc. to the latest bbd - i.e. SW & licenses only, assumed
that the HW upgrade and operating systems (if needed) will be provided by
customer). I also don't have the latest valid customer prices for this, so I
included the prices we had last time (for upgrade to V12.x)

Price negotiations. Please find below the corresponding notes:

Customer requirements / NSN response:
1) Price list:
a. Create price list for FSP3000: already done by Alfred and price list,
what has been sent already to Mr. Broz in February shall serve as base for
response to this price request
b. Create hiT7300 Price List: price list shall include:
i. Description
ii. Material - No
iii. A1 Material No (in case of availability)
iv. Current price
v. New Price
vi. Within the price list, there shall be all Licenses (equipment and for
the NMS)
1. Prices LICENSE equipment
2. Prices LICENSE Network Management
@Thomas: to create the customer price list
2) Contracts for supply to be used
a. FSP 3000, just for A1: NSN response: shall be based on
"Lieferbedingungen für A1"
b. hiT7300 for TAG wide validity: NSN response: shall be based on GSA
3) Contract for Maintenanance:
a. GMC shall be used solely: NSN: OK
4) Special conditions requested by TAG
a. Prices shall be retroactive valid for all orders since 1st of January
2012: NSN response: OK, however a remark will be incorporated into the
response, that from next year the request shall be raised during "early Q1"
b. All prices shall be valid independent of being awarded for Velcom:
NSN response: OK
c. Warranty requirement: 36 months:
NSN response: in reference to the GMC, the warranty is agreed to be 24 months
d. Payment conditions, Sconto: 30 days 3%, 60 days 2%, 120 days net:
NSN response: in reference to the Lieferbedingungen A1 and GSA, the payment
shall be 30 days net
e. Penalty: 3% / week - 25% capped:
NSN response: in reference to the Lieferbedingungen A1 the penalty shall be 3%
/ week, capped with10%
NSN response: In reference to
the GSA the penalty shall be 3% / week, capped with 15%
f. Maintenance shall be based on the GMC, price
adjustment requested: NSN response: the prices shall be based on the GMC, no
adjustment since
i. In the GMC 2011 it is outlined the prices shall be discussed earliest
after 30th of July 2013
ii. In the GMC 2012 it is agreed that all prices remain unchanged until end
of 2013
5) VELCOM: Shall start WDM in 2012:
a. Based on the result of the Price - Negotiation, the vendor will be
decided: NSN internal: no big volume expected, just one hop, shall not
influence our price adjustment
b. Offer NMS for VELCOM (TNMSV12EP7): @Aron: please check with Isidora and
the colleagues from Belarus and elaborate eventually Upgrade of existing TNMS
(requested is V12 EP 7) and add the licenses for CC-users and NE´s. Please
involve also Wolfgang Benedetter to provide service price for the installation

Dear all,
as we have finally received the price request from TAG regarding WDM (FSP3000
and hiT7300), let us follow on what we have already elaborated the last weeks.
Within the request, also a
* NM system for Velcom (TNMS as specified) shall
be offered
* WDM vendor for Velcom will be awarded (based on
the result, the Belarus WDM vendor will be awarded)
* Group maintenance prices shall be adjusted
(however we do not know whether we will follow this request - rather not)
* Change in warranty & payment
Attached, please find the request (unfortunately in German - but should not be
problematic I guess)
Submission deadline is 2nd of April /12:00
Let´s discuss tomorrow what proposal to elaborate.
