I've checked and v3.2 works correctly:

echo "enabled" > /sys/devices/platform/omap/omap_uart.2/power/wakeup => device 
wakes from console presses
echo "disabled" > /sys/devices/platform/omap/omap_uart.2/power/wakeup => device 
does not wake from console presses
