If you don't want to enable it, just don't define it at all. The code
just checks for the presence of this property, so defining it as zero
means you will enable it.

It should be either 1 or 2, or you should not define it. So if the bit
is zero from the u-boot configuration, just leave it out this property.
Setting to 0 is probably ok if you don't want to have address-data
multiplexing, but it is also pointless.

I don't see any other errors in the log. So I am wondering if the
chip-select mapping is setup correctly. Can you share a dump of the gpmc
registers from u-boot?
