Hello! I used CF card in my pxa270 board through PCMCIA bus. and CF card worked under memory mode. I copy data from ram to CF card using normal speed CF card and sandisk extreme III CF card. I find two types card's speed is both 2.*MB/s, this speed is too slow for extreme III CF card. Is the reason of PCMCIA bus, or PCMCIA driver or ide driver? --
