Hola Fabian,
Lo mas probable es que el tamaño total del correo sí esté superando
los 20 MB, debido a la codificación y la presencia de otros elementos
como los cabeceras. En el maillog deberías ver el tamaño correcto que
está teniendo ese correo.
Como regla práctica deberías calcular el límite con un 35 por ciento
adicional al tamaño que deseas pasar.
