Buenos días. tengo el siguiente problema. Mi dirección IP está dentro de la sección Proxy en la opción Bypass the Proxy FILTER by source IP (one per line). También tengo en Firewall todos los puertos abiertos para mi IP pero aún así me esta bloqueando un sitio Web, me aparece este error:

Esto me aparece en el log: 1275923682.950 0 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx TCP_DENIED/403 2721 GET http://zapmessenger.softonic.com/favicon.ico - NONE/- text/html Atte. FDC.
