This work includes: . Coordinating in country system integration, testing and support activities . Installing Operating System and mobile VoIP application into lab, testing and production environments on provided hardware. . Integrating mobile VoIP with RAN, NMS, user and group database, CPS, DNS, and AAA. . Supporting compilation, analysis and reporting of Live Air Trial, Interoperability, and functional test data. . Testing mobile VoIP, RAN, handset and other network related performance and functionality meets the required KPIs. . Supporting execution of Interoperability Testing (IOT) tests with RAN, NMS, user and group database, handset, and CPS. . Supporting Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) to ensure that the network and handsets perform as required and meet performance KPIs . Providing on-going on-site maintenance, support and troubleshooting of mobile VoIP system. Skills required: . Understanding of 3G networks . Experience in the deployment and testing of telecommunications systems . Experience with Interoperability testing of systems with RAN, Packet Core Network, and handsets. . Experience with handset and system performance and latency testing . Good understanding of data protocols such as SIP, DNS, TCP/IP, UDP . Understanding and working knowledge of AAA, databases, billing systems, customer provisioning systems, NMS systems is required. . Hands on experience working with Linux systems . Must have excellent communication and professional skills. This is a client facing role. . Fluency in Spanish and English Preferred Experience: . Handset testing and troubleshooting experience . Program management and basic coordination Other Considerations: . Resource will be based in the client office in Lima .
