Hi,
Can anyone point me at a document that provides an overview of OMSA and
all it's components?
I'm installing on ~35 1950 servers in one DC and the same qty of R410s
in another DC. I'm using OpenNMS for monitoring and I'd like to
integrate with that as much as possible.
I've mirrored the necessary repositories (with cobbler) and can install
OK using:
yum install srvadmin-all
However, that installs a whole raft of stuff, not all of which I'm
convinced I need, and I'm possibly missing some stuff I *do* need. How
do I update firmware, for example?
What are each of the services created in /etc/init.d for? ie:
dataeng
instsvcdrv
dsm_sa_ipmi
dsm_om_shrsvc
mptctl
dsm_om_connsvc
Thanks for any pointers to useful reading material!
