Hi Drew,

OM6.2 SUU is DVD image and not CD image. Just wanted to confirm that you
have downloaded all 3 segments of DVD ISO from
http://support.us.dell.com and followed the "Installation Instructions"
to merge all 3 segments into 1 before the use.

Thanks,

Gagan

Subject: Dell OM 6.2.0 SUU CD

Having and issue trying to update the firmware for some Dell PE R610's.
We downloaded the latest SUU CD (OM_6.2.0_SUU_A00.iso) and when we run
the update suu -e or suu -u, it fails with the following error.

System is compliant with prerequisites
ERROR: 'Content is not allowed in prolog.'
ERROR: 'com.sun.org.apache.xml.internal.utils.WrappedRuntimeException:
Content
is not allowed in prolog.'

Anyone seeing this and know a way around it? We have tried the CD on
Windows 2008 and Linux, with nothing.

Thanks,

Drew McIntosh
