I'm running into an issue configuring storage alerts on OMSA 5.5. Any
of the storage related actions fail when I try to configure them.
Here's an example:
# omconfig system alertaction event=storagesysfail
execappath="/usr/local/bin/dell-email-alert.sh" broadcast=true
alert=true
Error! Hardware subsystem reports command failed.
I have the storage subsystem installed, and I'm able to execute
storage commands using omconfig and omreport. We have these same
alerts working on OMSA 6.1 on other servers, so I feel like I'm
missing something for this version.
Anyone have an idea on how to fix this? I have already updated to the
latest CERC firmware and also the system BIOS.

PowerEdge 750 w/ CERC SATA RAID 2 PCI SATA 6ch (DellCorsair)
