There seems another issue with 6.2
/etc/udev/rules.d/95-dataeng-udev.rules
points to ENV{OMDataEngine.installpath}/bin/dataeng.hotplug
but there is no such file in /opt/dell/srvadmin/bin/
its in /opt/dell/srvadmin/sbin/dataeng.hotplug
anyway I created symlink to bin folder
