Probably not the right place to ask, but I really doubt they would. I'd just use curl and a bit of logic in a script:
1. Get a list of files. 2. If I don't have a file in that list, get it. 3. If I have it, does mine have the same size (and maybe timestamp) (poorman's checksum)? If not, get it.
