You chose to run very orthodox distribution which is based on mature
components ( read: old ) on quite modern hardware. Debian stable
kernel bnx2 driver was made before BCM5716 come to be, so it doesn't
recognize it's pci id.
What you can do:
- install kernel from stable-proposed-updates[1]
most secure approach
- install even newer kernel package from stable-backports[2]
second most secure approach
- install kernel package from testing or experimental
little or no security support
- compile your own kernel
[1] as of now stable-proposed-updates contains already accepted
package with the kernel supporting BCM5716
