Just a correction/clarification: the single interface that can connect to the EQL, CAN see all the three volumes (in my latest test I ran a login to a single target volume)
In fact the command:
[r...@orasvi2 LINUX]# iscsiadm --mode node --portal 10.10.100.30:3260 <http://10.10.100.30:3260> -I bnx2i.00:10:18:58:e8:f9 --login

now returns

and the other two volumes get connected (while the previous one correctly gets the "already exists" error)

So that
# multipath -l
gives:

My own testing with Dell over a 3 - 4 month period found that if you are using Broadcom NICS the technology simply does not work. Dell suppy a driver that is suposed to enable iscsi offloading and seems to. But this driver is only compatible with an older version of open iscsi that will only support single path rather than multi-path configurations.
