Hi Jefferson,

Thanks your thoughts I really appreciate it. So my thinking was right i think 
the reason why PERC is not failing the disk is it must have a threshold before 
it fails the disk. 

I called DELL several times but they want more info before they send a 
replacement disk. They are not convinced with this much data.
