IPMI SEL will provide more information on the FATAL errors if it's something specific to the hardware. If IPMI over lan is enabled on that system, could you get the SEL logs? You may use ipmitool for collecting the same. System fatal error during previous boot. Hi, I started getting that error message yesterday. Unfortunetly i curently do not have access to IPMI and have VMWare ESXi running so i cannot do much checks. I found out that the error appears because an error caused the system to reboot.
