I have successfully created it and boot it via PXE using Fedora's
livecd-iso-to-pxeboot (livecd-tools-020.1-1.fc10.x86_64). Once I had
the initrd0.img and vmlinuz0 that it creates I moved them under my
tftproot as omsa630.img and omsa630, respectively, and used the example
stanza it created in pxelinux.cfg/default, but removed the live_ram
parameter. It would fail to boot properly when the live_ram parameter
was specified.
label omsa630
kernel omsa630
append rootflags=loop initrd=omsa630.img
root=/OMSA63-CentOS55-x86_64-LiveCD.iso rootfstype=iso9660 ro quiet liveimg
