In that case, you can download sblim-cim-client rpm with youdownloader and install it individually without tog-pegasus. Make sure to capture all the other dependencies except tog-pegasus. You can find the dependencies of sblim-cim-client with : rpm -qp --requires sblim-cim-client-xx.rpm
After you install sblim-cim-client, you should be able to continue with "yum update -y" command.
