You probably don't want any of those if your aim is to end up with fewer
shared IRQs...

Sometimes it's impossible to unshare IRQs because the interrupt lines
are physically wired together, but this doesn't sound like it's likely
to be the case here, especially as you say:

Have you tried using the acpi_osi,  acpi_irq_pci, and related options? 
Do you have MSI enabled for either card (if supported)?

Probably the best places to ask this question would be the linux-acpi,
or maybe the linux-pci list I'd guess...
