Try using more recent RHEL5 media. I know for a fact that 5.4 and 5.5 work, and won't reboot when loading the kernel like 5.2 did (in my personal experience).

Thanks. Tom.

Hello,

please, help us with this problem:
The Dell PowerEdge R710 server does not accept RedHat Enterprise Linux version 5.0.0

Launching the installation, we have tried all the options displayed in the first screen:

- "ENTER": default

- linux text

- linux noprobe

- linux rescue

- linux askmethod

-
and many other options

Each time the same problem:
vmlinuz ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... .... initrd.img ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ....
ready

after that, it turning the screen off then reboot

Thank you in advance.
